I walked in unscheduled to view available 1Bdr apts. Myrna Mendoza greeted me with all good vibes that carried throughout the process. I wasn't going to sign on that day, but I would have if I could have. Myrna's presentation of the property and finding the exact situation to work for me was unmatched. I have lived in aparments all over the country in the last 20 years. As we toured, there were pleasantries from present residents all around. The feeling I had from that visit had me calculating how I could make a move there work. As I told Myrna, this was my last showing after I had viewed 4 other places that day, and I was so glad I came! A full 2 weeks passed and I was more assured I found the right place. I came back on a Saturday, and Valentina processed my paperwork. I returned to finalize the process with Myrna and was more assured I made the right choice! I'm looking forward to the next year or more at Rosemont Windemere!

Thank you Myrna, Valentina, Steven and everyone else in the community. You are all so pleasant and hard working. My family and I are happy to live here. We love the amenities, the pool, gym; what we use the most is the dog park and playground! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They are very friendly! my son and i just come to the office just to say hello and they all welcome us with open arms! We also love the community events. Last week we had a friendsgiving and it felt homey seeing people who live in the community and the kids playing together. Thank you for all you do Rosemont Windermere Team!
