I stopped in for a self guided tour. I was greeted by Josh in the office whom gave me directions to the unit. After visiting that beautiful unit, i went back to the office to get more information. Josh was amazing and made us feel so comfortable. He took us step by step of the application process. Very informative and did it all with a smile. It was a pleasure meeting with him today. I look forward to becoming a tenant of that beautiful gated community.
Joshua was amazing!!! I loved the guided tour. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to being able to secure a spot here in the future. (Also the office smells amazing and very aesthetically pleasing)

My daughter & I went by for a self guided tour yesterday. I ended up going into the leasing office where I met Brittney, she was so welcoming and helpful. She offered to show us the apartments and she did an amazing job. The property is beautiful and looks very well kept. There was also a gentleman working in the office name that I did not get but he was also helpful and answered all of my questions. Amazing community!

I’ve been living here for three years, and this is the first time I’ve ever renewed my lease at an apartment community. From the very beginning, I’ve felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The management team, especially Joshua and Cindy, have been outstanding they make sure everything runs smoothly and have always been quick to address any issues I’ve had. What really stands out to me is how they’ve made it easy to build a relationship with them; I don’t just feel like a tenant here, but like a valued part of the community.
Whenever I need something, Joshua and Cindy are always there, resolving issues promptly and with no hassle. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that I feel taken care of, and I’ve never experienced the complications or delays I’ve had at other properties. This is the first place where I’ve really felt at home.

We did a self-guided tour today and absolutely fell in love with the place, especially for the price. We went in and talked to Joshua and he was so kind and helpful! He was willing to work with us and help us as much as he could to work something out so that we could find something that worked for us. We definitely hope to be able to call this place home.

I moved to Tortuga Bay Apartments less than 6 months. I moved to a renovated apartment, with brand new appliances and no carpet, which is my favorite thing. Everything was nice and clean. The community is well maintained, with a lake at the center and parking lot always with spots available. Also, the new fitness center has opened recently, with brand new equipment. On a few occasions I had to interact with the maintenance team, everything went uneventful, they solved the problem fast, once in the same day for a non-emergency situation. The area is close to the Waterford Lakes Mall, schools, more shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and to the SR-408 exit. I’m very satisfied to have moved here.
Joshua De Leon is who I met in the office and wow from the moment to the end of our tour Joshua was very detailed about his community happy he is one of the managers on the property feel like he’s a great asset to Lantower management. Tortuga bay has the character that the other community’s around doesn’t have, Tortuga bay doesn’t have a real comparison because overall the leasing staff and management is what keeps the community and make it feel like home with them going above and beyond. Thank you for being awesome !!!

We came to see 2 bedroom apartments and had already seen 2 others today and 7 this week. This place is gorgeous, it smells amazing, and there are so many amenities that I did not see at other apartments. On top of that, we met Joshua and Cindy who were very welcoming and made this place feel like home. I wanted to move in before Joshua even showed me the apartment! This apartment is definitely at the top of my list now!!
