The apartment features a comfortable sofa that converts to a sleeper, a smart TV, and a queen-size bed with a premium foam mattress, sheets, linens, and pillows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The dining table with seating for two is perfect for enjoying homemade meals. The apartment offers free parking for compact vehicles and additional paid parking is available in a lot beside the building. The studio is nestled in Belltown, the waterfront neighborhood adjacent to downtown Seattle. It's ranked as one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Seattle, making getting to all its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars an easy exercise. Belltown is bordered on the north by Lower Queen Anne, east and south by Downtown Seattle, and on the west by Elliot Bay. Nearby attractions include the Seattle Aquarium, Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Space Needle, Downtown Seattle, Museum of Pop Culture, and Woodland Park Zoo. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is just 18 minutes away by car. Convenient transportation options include walking, bus, light rail, taxis, and rideshares like Lyft and Uber. The nightlife in Belltown is indeed booming, so keep that in mind when booking. Smoking inside the home is prohibited and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 will be charged. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be applied depending on the size of the home. Pets are not allowed at the property and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. A laptop computer is not included.
