Amazing place to live. The staff and building are absolutely incredible. Those in the front office are always considerate, helpful, and super friendly. You never feel like they are against you or out to get you. I look forward to seeing them, even when small hiccups arise I actually look forward to my time engaging with all of them. Facilities is always quick, friendly, and professional too. The staff at Bowman make this apartment the best in my opinion. The apartment is well built, I never had any vermin, odors or noise issues, at least in my courtyard facing apartment. Temperature regulation is good in the winter. In summer the lack of AC means it gets toasty in the rooms, but that’s not the apartment’s fault, so I got fan. The people living here are friendly, but I wouldn't say there is a community here, possibly because of the pandemic. Package/mail system is great, secure, and easy. The building itself is lovely. It has all the amenities you need. A lot of thought has gone into them, their maintenance, and their placement. They are all user friendly, making the experience living here all the better. That is part of why I selected this place (the roof has hammocks and a reading room!!). Bike storage is available, but can get crowded. From past reviews and my own experience it seems aspects of the commons spaces/amenities do fluctuate with time, so things may come or go or change. Only issue I have encountered is the stairs get a tad dirty from time/foot traffic/people dropping things often. A small price to pay for everything else in the building being super duper spotless. If you like friendly people, modern designed apartments, great location, and want to live in an all around amazing place to call home, choose Bowman.

I recently had to move out of the Bowman due to a job relocation but wanted to share how amazing the building is. The location and amenities was why I chose it but soon fell in love with the staff, specifically Erving. He was always so friendly, kind and willing to help or answer any questions. I would move back in a heartbeat if I was back in Seattle!
