This large studio features a queen-sized bed, a sofa for watching TV, a dining table, a television, Wi-Fi, a newly renovated bathroom, and a small alcove with a dresser. A balcony with a table and chairs provides a perfect spot to relax outside. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Just across the street, you'll find three restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenience store. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the lovely Chestnut Hill Reservoir or head to Cleveland Circle or Brighton Center to explore local restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Public transportation is right at your doorstep, with several bus lines just outside and all three Green Line trains less than a ten-minute walk away. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival.
