My husband and I moved to Avalon Bear Hill in November 2024, and we absolutely love living here! The leasing office is always responsive and attentive to any concerns or issues. The maintenance team is incredible - Nate and Kenny reacted to our request immediately and resolved it quickly. They are always helpful, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. We've never had any issues with maintenance, which makes living here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

The maintenance team at Avalon Bear Hill is awesome! They are always super helpful, thorough, and timely. Paul was so informative. He took his time to walk through the process of repair step by step. Not only did Paul address our repair but he also looked into other updates of our unit to keep us up-to-date. I greatly appreciate the Front Office and Maintenance team at Bear Hill. Super awesome!
