This story plus basement home features a few steps at the entry, making it accessible and welcoming. Welcome to this spacious and bright home in Capitol Hill. The home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 2580 sqft. The first floor includes the main entrance, kitchen, dining area, living room with a smart TV, and a half bath. The second floor houses 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub, and an office/kids playroom. The third floor offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a range of appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea setup. High-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens ensure comfortable sleeping, and the smart TV provides streaming options. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per pet fee. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Capitol Hill is the heart of Seattle, a prominent hub for food, music, and nightlife. It is an excellent neighborhood to live in, with a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. The Capitol Hill Light Rail Station is just minutes away, providing easy access to other parts of the town, including the airport. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. While parking at the property is convenient, parking in downtown Seattle can be challenging. The fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertised as part of the rental. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Do not leave pets unattended, and please bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. No digital piracy and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Guest access is granted via a door code. The home features 3 large working desks to cater to your work-cation needs, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment.
