With a high walk score, many dining, shopping, and entertainment options are within walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible with bus stops less than a 5-minute walk away, and ride-share services are highly recommended. This townhome is not handicap-friendly, and guests should be comfortable with stairs due to the multiple stories. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or linens, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Shoes are not permitted inside the home.
