I’ve had a great move-in experience. I got way more help from management than I had expected. I had a little trouble with my lock but maintenance took care of it in less than an hour. Based on my experience so far I highly recommend this building.

I applied online, finished the prerequisites, and was notified in a couple of days that I was approved! Very easy process. Most communication was over email. There should be a notice online that states the best communication is through email. It’s very hard to contact someone over telephone.

I have lived here for over a year now and definitely have to admit that the place has come a long way from its previous management team.
Ashley Estes has been great and very kind to me and my family, always with a beautiful smile. It is a good place to live at.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago and after noticing a recent poor review, I couldn’t help but disagree.
Like all apartment complexes, this one shares mild “problems” that come with living in a loud and busy city. If you're looking for a place to live with no character, do not live in the city.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with management and the Redside faculty. When an issue or event transpires, the management team is quick to resolve it and communicate with us.
Ashley Estes and Lacey have been friendly and welcoming to my friends and family.
Thanks for your hospitality and support.

I’ve lived here for a few years and have seen a few different management companies, but this team, particular Ashley, really stands out. The improvements they’ve made to the property are fantastic—everything from adding plants and improving security to upgrading the lighting at the entrance and roof deck has really elevated the whole living experience.
They also have amazing communication and professionalism, keeping us updated regularly on anything happening in the building, whether it’s maintenance schedules, new projects, or even just helpful reminders. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question or request, she responded quickly and always been polite and thorough. It’s refreshing to feel like the management is not only doing a great job but also treating residents with respect and care.

This is a great complex. I moved in when the building first opened and have been here nearly 3 years now. The interior design is modern and clean and they respond to maintenance requests quickly. Both engineers who visited my unit were professional and kind. They were flexible in working around my schedule and super considerate and careful to clean up any mess they created when addressing the issue. The issue was resolved quickly with little to no disturbance. Absolutely no complaints!

I just love living here. It's brand new, quiet and the staff, Andrew and Bethany, are so great to work with. It's a block up the street from Pike so it's close enough to go have fun but far enough for peace. Big windows, a great roof top deck, new everything, and it's super safe. I've been here for several months with no problems!
