I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Boxcar apartments for a 1BR/1BA apartment. Boxcar is located at 975 John St (John St and Terry Ave N) and is couple blocks from SLU Amazon buildings & Microsoft Westlake building and super close to (1 block) Whole Foods. There is a Microsoft shuttle every 20 min at the Westlake building that goes to Redmond Campus. The lease runs through March 6, 2016 and is currently priced at $1700/mo though the current market rate is >$1800/mo for similar apartments in the complex. The management is great and the rent was only increased by $40 on lease renewal. The utility fee is also very low, approximately $15 per month. Application fee is $40, refundable deposit is $300, which I’ll waive off if you takeover my lease. Parking is $150 per month. The building and the apartment are ADA friendly. Pet restrictions are max 40 lb per pet, one time fee $200.00, rent $25.00, refundable deposit $300.00. Onsite storage also available for a fee. The apartment is on the top floor, unfurnished, comes with stacked W/D in unit and a huge walk-in closet. As this building is a new construction, all appliances are modern.
