I am a resident physician at the University of Washington Medical Center looking for a roommate starting July 1, 2017 (but could also accommodate someone before that if necessary). I have a great apartment which is already furnished (but can accommodate extra furniture if you have it) in Capitol Hill at 607 E. Harrison Street which is only a 3 minute walk from the Capitol Hill light rail station and costs $1600/month per person including utilities, high-speed internet, and covered parking (which is in the form of a garage under the building). It includes a washer and dryer in the unit and is a great apartment (there is also an elevator for the building). The unit has its own balcony which overlooks Lake Union and the Space Needle (gorgeous view) along with a rooftop you can get to anytime. The apartment is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom so you would get your own bathroom and a spacious bedroom and closet. I am fine with pets but a pet deposit would have to be paid, etc. The building manager is Northwest Apartments. My current roommate will be leaving town this summer and I would like to continue to stay here as it is a great space at a great price with a good roommate floor plan. I am looking for a professional roommate who is late 20s/30s as I want to live with someone with similar hours/lifestyle, etc. I also am looking for someone to move in late June (or earlier) and would be willing to stay for at least 1 year (preferred but I can be flexible).
