Hi! I have a room for rent in a two bed, two bath apartment at Avana at Forbes Creek Apartments. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend :(... and our lease will be renewing on October 15, 2017! There are a couple options depending on lease term, but the rent would be $805.50 per person for a 13 month lease or $824 per person for a 10 month lease. You will have your own bathroom, room, and an extra closet space just outside the room as well. The washer and dryer are located in a closet area by the kitchen, which is nice so it is easy access for everyone. The apartment is located just up from Juanita Bay Park and there are tons of trails around the area. It is a really nice environment secluded in a wetland reserve, so the complex is full of trees, streams, and ponds. The view from the balcony overlooks a pond that usually has a waterfall going. About 5 minutes from downtown kirkland and 15 minutes from Bellevue and Redmond. Must love pets! As you can see from the photos, you will be living with an adorable pup and a cat, so if you don't like free cuddles, this isn't the place for you. Looking for a female roommate that is of a similar age (late twenties), that has a job, is reliable, respects others privacy and belongings, and can keep common areas clean! About me: I currently work at Microsoft and being a dog Mom, I'm pretty low key throughout the week and go to bed super early like an old person... I've lived in Washington my entire life and spend a lot of time with my family and friends, going on lots of walks with the pup, or enjoying a nice drink on our lovely balcony.
