Great location; there are restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and so is the beach. I also like the surrounding trees and that it feels a little tucked away which feels more private and quiet. There was a period of time where we were down a maintenance person so requests were taking longer but they were able to get help from another Essex Community. During this time Miranda from the community team, and RJ (our new maintenance person) and Emanuel stepped up to make sure my issues were taken care of! Very thankful to have them around and checking in on things.
