I have lived at the Stonehedge Village Apartments for 7 1/2 years now, and I have absolutely nothing but good reviews for the maintenance staff. Jason has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and prompt!

I cannot tell you how much I love and adore this property and its staff. This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had and I have been renting since I am 16 years old. It is a bittersweet day as I am preparing to move into our first house and have to say farewell to Stonehenge and all of its staff and it’s beautiful sites and wonderful experiences. I wanna say special things to the maintenance team Jason Brandon James has been like my own personal stuff I feel like anytime I’ve ever needed anything which isn’t very often but anytime I’ve ever needed anything they have always come through swiftly with the most kindness mailing bright faces they are always so patient with my dogs who love and adore them anyway but one is a rescue so she needs special care and not many people can come into our home but each and everyone of them have always responded swiftly with any maintenance requests that I have had. Down to the time that there was a giant spider in my kitchen and Jason came to my aid and helped me to clear my kitchen of any trace of said spider or I would not have been able to re-enter my home lol they are so kind and so knowledgeable I am going to miss them so much there’s horror stories at other properties and maintenance is always somebody that having guys that you can trust to take care of your home and your belongings is very special. In addition the fact that the main main office is remote you would think would make things difficult however I have been able to both reach people last second for references in my process and journey to finding a new home Samuel pose for example has gone out of his way to make contact with rental properties for me at my request to help with the reference that I needed to obtain approval at new property. And Jade was also just lovely don’t even get me started on over the last year and a half how many times the rental office has helped me when I wanted to transfer units for more space made it very easy transfer fees were very affordable and almost just too easy to aid in my need to constantly be going in on a new adventure. Again I can’t thank you guys all enough this is been such a beautiful experience and this is bitter sweet but I wish you fare well and will happily rent from Essex anytime in the future and be lucky to do so with affordable homes in luxury units award winning cities and school districts this company and it’s amazing staff made our return to the city and search for the perfect homes such an easy and wonderful experience the o my thing I can complain about in good conscience is I’m too sad to leave 🥹💖💖 again Jason, Brandon, James, jade, and Samuel thank you especially for everything! Oh and the main office for making move out finances easy and enjoyable 🎉🎉💖💖💖🤩🤩🤩 Liberty 🥰🥰🥰
