I have lived at Inglenook Court Apartments for 13 years! After 13 years I am moving...to a different apartment at Inglenook Court where I honestly hope to spend the next 13 years! But it was time for an upgrade, so I'll be moving into one of the renovated apartments that didn't exist when I first moved in! Over the years the staff has been consistently good, and is at it's VERY BEST right now, may I even use the word exceptional!? I always very much enjoy working with the current apartment manager Sarah, and she has been so helpful through this transition to a new apartment in the complex. I have been pretty "high maintenance" through this process, taking up her time asking lots of questions, and she is always so responsive and understanding. She has gone above and beyond to help me through this transition. Maintenance is easy to request and always responds in a timely manner. There have been many times they have worked around my schedule, when they didn't have to, in order for me to feel more comfortable with people entering my apartment. Paying rent and utilities is extremely easy to do online. The grounds are always well kept. The addition of the fenced in spaces a couple years ago is just awesome and very hard to find these days in an apartment setting. I love being able to let my dogs out my back door without a leash, and I know my pups appreciate it too. Whether the apartment is renovated or not, it has all the amenities you could need!!! During Covid they have been very big on making sure everyone is safe and healthy and they have followed all government guidelines! I can't say enough good things. I have lived in apartments the last 28 years of my life, but Inglenook Court Apartments have definitely become my home!

I have been in communication with the manager there at inglenook court apartments concerning employment and moving to the property. She is so professional and just a kind person! I wanted to write this review because not enough good people receive the recognition they deserve. She and I had a conversation about rentals and she sent me the information right away per our discussion. She also chatted with me on a personal level about procedures of her company and how great of a company Essex is to work for. I am so appreciative for her time and wonderful communication and calling me again for a follow up. Thank you❣️ Truly a breath of fresh air! I look forward to viewing your property soon 😊
