Low maintenance yard and front yards are cared for by HOA. Swimming pool and hot tub are walking distance and cared for by the HOA. The current tenants are military and will be relocating out of state- they've been wonderful to work with and are happy to speak with prospective tenants about their experience. Currently the property should be ready for new tenants around June 12 but we can be flexible a bit too. You will also pay 1/2 of the solar loan at $100 per month. This is a steal because the solar almost completely covers the electric bill for you. Owners pay garbage as it is not part of the tax bill. Owners pay 1/2 of the solar bill ($200 so we pay $100 and you pay the other $100). This is a great deal as your electric bill will be nearly nothing. No smoking allowed inside the house. Small/Medium dogs approved at $25/month based on behavior of animal. HOA cares for front yard, you care for backyard.
