Offered at $6,700 per month, 1251-C Armistead Road is a newly remodeled three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome. With approximately 1,600 square feet, the townhome has a view through trees of Angel Island and the bay, a fenced private patio, a spacious open plan tiled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit hook-ups for your washer and dryer, and one designated uncovered parking space. We will host an open house on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately following the open house in accordance with our priority system. The advertised rent reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before July 6, 2026. Pricing may change after the offer date. Additional Information: Holding deposit - $6,700 Application fee - $64 per adult Parking permit for additional vehicles is $100 per month – two-car maximum We welcome two pets per household in every neighborhood. The pet deposit is $500 and $75 monthly pet rent per pet.
