My partner, toddler, and I moved in on 7/15/2023 and so far we love it here. The staff are friendly, the complex is clean and safe, there's more than ample parking, and the apartment is amazing. There are a couple of drawbacks but they're not a big deal to us. There are planes that frequently fly over the complex which can be quite loud, even from inside the apartment. My unit is also by the train tracks, so we hear the train pass every day (it will blast the horn in the night). I don't mind that too much, but others might. Another is that you can hear everything that the people above you are doing, no matter where you are in the apartment. Again, this doesn't bug us too much, but it can be loud. The AC also doesn't cool the apartment evenly, leaving the 2nd bedroom pretty warm all of the time. On a positive note, I think we got a great deal on the rent considering the complex is safe, beautiful, clean, has working amenities, washer/dryer included, plenty of space, parking next to our unit, and we would be paying more money anywhere for less quality. We are so happy to be living here! I'll definitely update this review later if anything changes!

I’ve been helping my cousin apartment shop. Out of all the places this one spot is by far the best!!! Marylin is top tier!!!! She is patient. Informative and a Gem to work with. Not to mention she’s gorgeous and has a great sense of humor! The complex is HUGE. The tenants seem nice and the apartment unit themselves is spacey and all for a great price. They don’t do traditional “deposits” which is perfect and it allows people a chance to get approved for a place to live! Some people don’t have any credit established yet and apartments “ding” you for that. This one doesn’t. I love this place and I don’t even live here!

Me and my family lived here for a little over 5 years. The office staff Keri and Ayanna are amazing. Always friendly and helpful and responsive. I always emailed and they were quick to fix the issue! The maintenance staff always on top of things. If it breaks or is damaged they are quick to respond. In my years I may have had 4 bugs come through but pest control was quick too. The property is kept up for the most part. I only had 2 complaints about the property. 1- my upstairs neighbor (staff cannot control the type of person who moves in). 2- the parking is not the greatest. Other than those 2 things I couldn’t complain too much. As for the reason I moved was because I was tired of renting and finally bought a place.

I have been at the Delmar for about a month now. The moment that I walked into the leasing office I was greeted very warmly by the wonderful staff, especially by Ms. Paulette! She took the time to answer all of my and my roommates questions. She showed us around and took the time to take pictures of the unit that we were interested in before it was ready to be viewed. Before we signed the lease she made sure to give us both the time to confer without any pressure. She has continued to check in to make sure that the unit and the complex is to our liking. Paulette certainly earned her hug! The only knock that I would give to the unit is the lack of overhead lights or fans in the bedrooms. However that has been easily mitigated. Overall the complex has been everything that we could want!
