Resident must restrain and control pet/animal activity while in the hallways, elevators and other Common Areas. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE AT ANY TIME. Pet/animals must not be tied or kept outside door, in the hallways or on the balcony or lanais, if applicable. Tenant(s) agree to fully indemnify the Landlord, owner or agent for any damages arising out of injury to another person or to another pet by the pet. Pets/animals must be walked in designated pet/animal areas (if provided) or off the Community Property. Resident is responsible for immediate and proper cleaning up after and disposal of waste from the pet/animal. Resident must place solid cat litter in a plastic trash bag that is securely tied for disposal. 50 LB weight restriction. Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiff Breeds, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage, are PROHIBITED, except dogs trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer. Landlord must meet and approve each pet/animal as a condition of approval for Resident to have the pet/animal in the Community. Resident must bring pet to the office to be photographed prior to bringing pet into apartment home. Proof of updated vaccinations is required prior to move-in of pet. We love The Grove and have had an incredible experience living here for the past six years! The staff is phenomenal, the place is dreamy with so much nature around and the location is just incredibly convenient. Thank you Sarah for your leadership and diligence, you're always encouraging a sense of community among the residents. We highly recommend this place to be your home sweet home 🏡 😍😊

Liz is the BEST! From the day my boyfriend and I went into the office asking a million and one questions all the way until today, everytime we see her she greets us with a smile and a welcoming Hello! We’ve only been here a month and we have no complaints. It’s quiet for the most part and nobody bothers anyone. There have been minor things we’ve noticed and maintenance comes and fixes the problem right away very quickly! We definitely love the pool, we enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry, and eventually we will use the fitness room. Our apartment is clean with absolutely NO pests or bugs. My only suggestion is for maybe some more lights in the back where we live and for fellow tenants in the neighborhood to put their trash IN the dumpster and not around it. Anyway, I can’t wait to see everything once all property renovations are done because I already love the way things are so I know it’ll only get better! Thank you LIZ!!
