I have lived at Century Crosstown for 6 years and we are now under a new management company. I adored our previous property manager, Alyssa. I was concerned I would not like the new group, as much.
I am so happy to say I absolutely looooove the new management team. I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Toranzo this week and I must say Jen is giving Alyssa a "run for the money". Jen is AWESOME so TOP-NOTCH.
I went into the office to request my lease be sent to me. I ended-up talking to Jen about a number of other things because Jen did not rush me off but actually took the time to listen to me. Jen validated my concerns. It was so nice.
I ended-up talking to Jen about a previous late fee that I paid but that I thought was truly not my fault. Listen, if you are late paying your rent, even if just by 1 hour, then "you owe that late fee!" That is how I feel about it, which is why I paid the late fee. However, I told Jen I came up to the office on the 3rd, which was a Monday that month, and the front doors were locked. I looked at the sign and it said "closed Sunday and Monday". I told Jen so I went home and came back on the 4th, which was Tuesday. That is when the receptionist told me the office is open on Mondays but they are still in the process of getting the signs updated; and that they were probably just at lunch.
I was all like "if I would have known, I would have just come back later". The receptionist was like "yeah, you still have to pay your late fee." I pushed back a couple times but they have trained their receptionist well; she was not hearing any of my excuses. So, I paid it and called it a day.
A couple of months later, it was still bothering me because I truly feel that was not my fault. I know Jen is a busy person, but because she was taking the time to listen to me, I told her about it. Jen sent me an email the next day to let me know she removed my late fee. She told me "If I ever needed anything to just ask for her because she is here to help." What? Jen left me totally "wide-eyed and jaw-dropped" that day. I was satisfied that Jen took the time to listen and to validate my concern, but I really appreciate that Jen took action and did something about it, as well.
After all of that, Jen helped me get my lease updated and she sent it to me as I asked her to. Then Jen said "well, let me know if you want your carpet cleaned". I replied "how much is that going to cost me?" Jen replied "we will take care of the cost." What? I have been here for 6 years and the previous management team has never offered to clean my carpet. What? Yes! Sign me up.
Listen guys, Century Crosstown is beautifully landscaped and my apartment is so lovely with granite countertops and hardwood floors. I am proud to call Century Crosstown my home and I love how people are impressed when I invite them over to my place. When you take all of that, and then you add a wonderful management team; with someone like Jennifer Toranzo to help you with her amazing people skills, I am in a win-win situation here at Century Crosstown.
Please know, I think Jennifer Toranzo is a WONDERFUL addition to your team. However, I appreciate all of you: management, office and property team.

Moving can be quite difficult, especially from out of state. I would like to say Francheska @ Century Crosstown made my move in very easy. She showed me the complex on my tour and stayed in communication once everything was approved. Every time I see her, she always has a smile on her face and she's willing to assist on any issues you may have. Her exceptional customer service stood out even more than my wonderful apartment. Thank you Francheska.
Cannot reccomend these apartments more. Have lived here for almost a year. Apartment is completely updated and very clean. Property management and maintenance are always very helpful and kind. Property grounds are gorgeous with lots of greenery, club house, pool, etc. Also, great and safe location being 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, and 10 minutes to both Brandon and Riverview.
Move in experience was quick and easy thanks to Francheska, very understanding and very on point. Answered all my questions and handled all my concerns prior to me moving in. If you looking for a place to move you got to come to century and you must ask for Francheska she gon get you right for sure! When it comes to the complex itself very nice area quiet and safe the new management seems to be taking care of everything and getting this property back up and running the way it should be. Would recommend to anyone

We are about to start our 6th year living at Century Crosstown, and could not be happier! Of course there are noisy neighbors, but it IS an apartment complex. The previous management team was always responsive to our concerns and maintenance requests, but the new team has taken it up a couple of notches. They have been performing all the little tasks that sometimes get pushed to the back of the list but which make a big difference in the overall appearance of the property. All the maintenance staff are so nice and always helpful, and a grounds porter, Frank, has recently joined the team. Unfortunately some outgoing residents, and probably some current residents too, stupidly try to jam things into the trash compactor (which, btw is more than adequate for the property) that do not belong there, resulting in damage, and forcing the legitimate trash to have to be stacked along the driveway. THIS IS NOT PRETTY! On this latest occasion, our good porter Frank was relentless in getting the area cleaned up within a few hours. Adding a porter to the maintenance staff was a great idea, and hiring Frank was definitely a good choice. Thanks Jen and team for making living at Century Crosstown a pleasure.

The management has been improved and thanks to Francheska I was able to fill out my application and get a tour done all in one day! She made us feel very welcome to our possibly new home and informed us on the new things that are coming to Century Crosstown! Can’t wait to see what the future has for this place!

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have been blown away by how clean and well-maintained the property is. The cleaning in my unit was an exceptional job and the crew does a great job of keeping the common areas and grounds spotless, which really shows in the overall appearance of the complex. Additionally, the paint job was fresh giving the apartment a bright and welcoming feel.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-maintained and clean living space. It's clear that the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the property, and it really shows in the attention to detail and quality.
