This place was incredible! Dafiny took us on a tour and there was so much excitement in the air! The pools, tennis court, gym, all the amenities... It was so nice. They definitely got a sale. 😁 I wasn't the one home hunting, I just went with a friend, but by the end of the tour I was a little jealous that she gets to live there all happy and cozy and awesome! 😆 I'm so glad we went to Park Ave.

I don't see why park avenue has such bad reviews. I have been living here for 2 yrs and I have never seen a bug problem in my apt. The staff here has always been very friendly and the grounds are always taking care of. If I ever had a problem inside my apt maintenance fixed it in a very timely manner. The dumpster areas are also very clean and well kept.The only problem here is some of the people with dogs do not clean up after them and park avenue supplies the doggie bags! So if you want a nice quiet community to live in check out this place.
