Probably the worst management and place you could ever rent at. Landlord (Bernard) is disrespectful and does not care for the tenants. I’ve lived in these apartments for the past year and have had nothing but issues. Flooding, no AC for 3 weeks now, plumbing issues, and constant issues with homeless people who always dig in the garbage. Window has been leaking since the day we moved in and it has yet to be fixed. The first day we moved in, our slinging door was broken and was only kept shut with a shower pole. We told Bernard about this issue and he said to just keep the shower pole there and did not fix it until we complained because someone could easily get into the apartment since the pole wasn’t long enough to keep it shut. Many of my neighbors who I am friends with have complained and have had similar if not the same issues. Management will show up with no notice and have entered our home without any notice of coming. Bernard will ignore your messages or catch attitudes with you when you need something fixed. The only good thing about this place is that the people that I have met who live there are very friendly.
