This is a great place to live. It's quiet and its very private, the whole property is always kept up very nicely and the manager (which is new) is always friendly and courteous. Maintenance is very quick to get to your issues. I highly recommend this place to call home.
Maria was so nice to me it was so nice to have someone to speak Spanish. This apartment was my first choice because of her. She showed me the apartment and made me feel very comfortable. We bought a house and were unable to move, but she welcomed us back whenever possible. Great experience, I have sent my friends there to lease next month!!!!!

I really like living here! First of all, property manager Mariam is always helpful & friendly. Second, it’s a small apartment complex with nice quiet neighbors. And the maintenance guy Yuniel always come fix things for us when needed within a day or two!!! Can’t find a better apt deal in Town n country!
I must say what an amazing experience with Maria she was so kind and extremely helpful with getting everything we needed to get my aunt settled in her apartment. We had a few questions at the time of move in and she gave us undivided attention and was very attentive. She also made sure to give us a tour of the amenities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy place to call home. The office and maintenance staff were a 10 out of 10. Very quiet community and the area of the pool is the cleanest I have seen in an apartment community.

This is the Best Experience I've ever had renting. Maria is Very Attentive to the Residents, and keeps all the Grounds and any concerns in Great Order. She's the Best Manager I've ever rented under. The Maintenance is Extremely Fast and Friendly. This is One of the Classiest, Safest Communities I've lived in. (That's Huge to Me) The Apartment/Condo is Gorgeous, Ergonomically, and Economically Designed. My Compliments and Gratitude to the Entire Organization. I Recommend them Highly to All.

I being living here for almost 6 years, management is great, maintenance is great as well, when i move in here Mrs Maria was on charge then she pass down office to Mrs Mariam and now she comeback, both are great woman’s, hardworkers, smart, kind and extremely respectful. Do we have issues here? Yes we do but not from management, from same residents they think can do whatever they want because the pay for be here, guess what, we all pay for be here but this is a apartment complex, we all living together here and everyone here need to listen and obey rules, some residents have no respect for management taking grills and a way too much visitors at the pool leaving a mess like this is a resort, management said very clear 2 cars by apartment, people here bring 3 and 4 cars, and I’m happy for them, they can buy 100 cars if they can but rules are rules, two inside complex and the rest of the other cars aldy parking lot I guess, visitors without permits parking everywhere, how is possible me only with one car and have to park front of the office? Residents have no respect for management rules, as a resident you need to adapt, listen carefully and OBEY rules until you able to buy your own place and have dealer in your house and make all the mess you want living like a pig 🐷 in your place but not here.
Grand Oaks Apartments is a quiet, small complex hidden in the middle of the city. I've been here a little over a year and love it. I had a couple issues that I needed maintenance for and Yuniel the maintenance man was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Marium is the Property manager and she always has a smile on her face when you walk in the office. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend this place for sure.
