So unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews here because I have lived here for 8 months without any major issues. Just for the record, I live in building 2 and have never had any problems with roaches or any type of pests except a wasp nest on the balcony which was quickly removed when I reported it. Sadly, it is my last month here renting at Milana Reserve. It has been a pleasant experience overall. The staff here at Milana Reserve have been nothing but kind and very professional. They definitely take pride in their work in making a pleasant experience for their residents here. The maintenance team here have also been pleasant to work with in responding to calls promptly. The grounds here are also kept clean and well maintained which makes everything beautiful to look at especially by the pond. Finally, needing a temporary rental as we relocated from another state and not knowing the area very well, I was very grateful that we stumbled upon this place.

These are the best apartments that I have lived in. The community is quiet and very cleanly. The trash is never overflown and their maintenance are on point. I’m moving out because the surrounding roads are quite noisy with sirens, trains and blaring horns. But ofc it is not Milana’s fault. I’d move back here any day.
