Living at The Del Mar in Westshore is amazing! The boat parking is super handy for spontaneous trips out on the water. It's also military-friendly and ideal for those working on MacDill AFB, with just a 10-minute drive to the gates. The location is perfect, and the maintenance team is always fast and friendly. It really feels like home here!

My leasing agent Dianna was so helpful in selecting the perfect place for my 13 year old daughter and I ... She was extremely patient and so helpful... I highly recommend having Dianna help you with any of your leasing needs at The Delmar.. She really cares about your best interests and goes above and beyond to get you the accommodations you're seeking. 10 out of 10 for sure!!! Would give an 11 out of 10 if I could!! Also, Ayanna, Millie, Michelle, and Elvis at the leasing office all have been very helpful with accessing the portal, general questions and any of my inquiries. I appreciate them all who took the time out of their busy day to assist me and help me get settled in!
