I use to reside at Timberfalls while it was under Michaelson. That management company neglected that community for years! There was no pool, no lights in any of the courts and rodents! A friend of mines who still currently lives there said, the new management company did what they promised. They cleaned up the property addressed countless issues and are still working through all issues that was left from previous management neglect.

I can honestly say there has been so much improvement since new management took over. I LOVE the new staff and the new maintenance crew. Evy is a pleasure to talk to and she makes sure things get done right away. If Ms. Evy is not in the office, Dom and Talia are equally as amazing! Cant wait to see what new updates are coming.
