We had issues with our washer, and only had to wait two days for a new one, a much better experience than the last time this happened. Victor was quick, efficient, and is ALWAYS pleasant and courteous. Other experiences we have had here are not good, but that's another post. This one was excellent, so thank you Victor!

My family and I have been living here since February of 2024, by far this has been the most accommodating apartment complex I have ever lived in. We have lived in several states in several apartments/homes due to my husband being in the military. Our grandmother is under hospice care and lives with us, this complex has done everything I have asked of them to make our lives easier with having to take care of our grandmother. They have installed safety rails for her in her bathroom, replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring throughout the apartment, they have made sure that she's taken care of. Any time we have issues with the apartment, they respond quickly and try to resolve the issue as best they can. We recently had our A/C unit replaced, they did everything they could to see what the issue was and when they saw that nothing else worked they replaced it for us. Same happened with our washer and dryer. I chose this place at first for its location, wanting to keep grandma close to her doctors and hospitals but I never imagined it would be better than I had anticipated. The building is made of concrete which has given me peace of mind for when there are bad storms or hurricanes, we feel safe not having to worry about having to evacuate. The area seems to be quite safe, I haven't had any issues at all, nothing has been stolen or broken into. Of course there are some cons, as would any other place will have. You can't control who your neighbors are....(Mine smoke pot so much I feel hotboxed in my own apartment which does pose an issue for my husband...) and sh*t happens (appliances break etc.) Another Issue I have is something that is somewhat out of their control at the moment which is the "Integrated" Internet system they have with Spectrum. Unfortunately, from what I can gather they still have some years left on their contract. Its good if you are just a student but not exactly great if you are a gamer. All in all, my personal experience with this complex has been overwhelmingly positive, I'd honestly say 90% of the negatives come from sources that you cannot control. Also, I'd like to give a shoutout to Marylin Camacho, she has taken care of me personally since the beginning! The maintenance team has been fantastic as well, courteous, kind and respectful, always professional. I have no complaints. I hope this helps anyone who is considering this place to live!
