Been here several years and property and pool are kept clean. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Also the office staff, such as Jenniene, are very good at resolving any issues that are communicated.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! I have been living for 8 years and have seen many managers and office come and go. Since taking over as property manager in December there has been a ton of changes in such a short time. PROPERTY MANAGER KYRA has shown heart and put the love back into a home when other managers have failed to care about the property. She has upgraded all new moved in apartments with new floors, up grades fixtures and appliances because it needed a new look and refresh. Due to the economy she understands the troubles we all face with rent and KYRA wants to make sure that every resident gets their monies worth. Since taking over we have gotten new washers and dryers in the laundry room we have needed for years and she did it in less than 3 months no questions asked. Here just recently we just got new roofs for every building in the month June 2023. The park lot is being fixed with some potholes and is scheduled to be repaved before the end of July. The gates are also being upgraded as well with new pool furniture in the works. This has all happened in the current months since she has taken over!! A good person who will go the extra mile to make sure the living experience is well worth it I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Her taking over has far exceeded my expectations and I am one happy resident and very happy to call OAK MANOR HOME.
