The maintenance folks are very responsive and the building manager, as of the time of this writing, is absolutely aces. About the only nit I can pick is that because the building was built in 1924, it behaves like a nearly century-old edifice, and every once in a while, the building will show one of her quirks. Otherwise, living in The Winston is a wonderful experience I would highly recommend to anyone.
