I relocated from out of state and Mariah was able to schedule me for a tour, process my application, and get me ready to move in, all in the span of 24 hours. My rushed move due to life circumstances was so helpful, and the space is very supportive for local food, markets, and events. Although the rooms themselves are small, Mariah’s diligence and commitment in her position makes living here so much more worth it.

I recently moved into Koz on Sandy, and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience. As a full-time college student, this place is perfect for me. The apartments are simple yet functional, providing everything I need without unnecessary complexity. The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, making it easy to focus on my studies while enjoying a comfortable living space. A huge part of why my move-in has been so smooth is Mariah, the property manager. She’s been incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my questions were answered and making me feel welcome from day one. Mariah’s friendly and attentive approach really makes Koz on Sandy stand out. For any college student or anyone looking for a simple, hassle-free living experience, Koz on Sandy is a great choice. I highly recommend it!
