First I would like to thank Ceilo for her communication the day after the storm. I think the water issues should have been addressed the first day. Have been through 3 major hurricanes and have loss power with all but not the water. The smell in the hallways and apartment were nauseating. The ability not to flush toilets for 6 days unacceptable. Water should have been delivered to doors. We gave up and left. This should be disclosed when renting.

I really like this place. Been living here for about 4 months now and have had no problems. The staff is exceptional - super professional and friendly (shout out Sunell). Great location, walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. Parking is free also which is hard to find downtown in any metropolitan city. As for the apartment itself - I love the big windows, high ceilings, huge kitchen, spacious balconies and walk in closet. I find it funny that most of the negative reviews come from Airbnb guests - because THEY are the problem. Most people that actually live here, don’t have the issues they have.
