I picked this place because it seemed more modern than other apartments in the area, but my friends' older apartments always seemed nicer and better built The walls are thin, the road noise can be loud, and there are often sirens due to a nearby hospital. They've raised prices, but I don't think the apartments were honestly even worth the old price compared to others.
