We have multiple apartments coming available right around the 1st of the year! They will range in pricing between $820 and $900. They will vary depending on what upgrades the apartments have. Some will have new lighting or perhaps new carpet. Others may be a standard apartment, which are still quality apartments! Contact us to see what is coming up! Carports available to rent- subject to availability. $20/mo. Cats okay. 2 maximum. Indoor only. $250 pet fee. $25/pet rent per pet.
