The kitchen has been nicely updated and has stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has been nicely with new cabinets & countertops. The basement is unfinished and the washer/dryer hook-ups are located in the basement. There is a large deck off the back of the house, great for entertaining. This property is pet friendly (limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. This is a non-smoking property. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow maintenance. This house does not have air conditioning. The large detached garage is NOT included in the lease and is NOT for tenant use. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score.
