I have had such an amazing experience with the staff and the complex is gorgeous. The roads look amazing! The renovations that they are doing to the rooms look amazing! I had an exceptional experience with Kimberlynn In the leasing office. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and can’t thank her enough.

Kim has been absolutely excellent in the entire process for applying to Briarcliffe. She was super patient and kind and always checking up on me to see how the process was going. She was always able to answer any of my questions at every point of the application. She reassured me during the process and was able to make sure I was always taken care of. Her kindness and positivity throughout this process shows how much she cares about giving each applicant the appropriate consideration and care they need.
