I was disappointed having lived here. The whole place felt a bit jank. The unit I moved into was a little rough. There was a door that didn't lock ever, and it seemed some tenants smoked in the stairwell. I picked this place because it seemed more modern than other apartments in the area, but my friends' older apartments always seemed nicer and better built The walls are thin, the road noise can be loud, and there are often sirens due to a nearby hospital. They've raised prices, but I don't think the apartments were honestly even worth the old price compared to others.

The only thing this management is efficient at is sending a reminder for rent to get it right on time however, if you have any other issues, they wouldn’t do anything for weeks or months.
