Staff are friendly, if slightly casual, decent experiences when interacting with them. Have not yet requested maintenance so no reviews on that. It's a tiny basement apartment, with no AC or dishwasher, but for the cost I don't expect much in the way of amenities.

First and foremost I live here for 4.5 years and first 4 years was great. Now they got bought by new management and it’s horrible. Stay away why you can. Units get extremely hot during the summers. Only good thing is the price which has gone up since
