The Arbaugh is a fantabulous place to live! I have been here for a long time and the new Management RJ is the best so far. All questing and concert are met asap without any problems. Bradley our maintenance personnel is the cream of the crop. He always is there to help and fix any issues that arise. However with a place this nice the issues are very few. I love the view out the magnificent windows. They're so awesome. Being this close to all the amazing things lansing has to offer has made my time living here 1 of a kind. Especially living in the social district is nice to take a good walk or relax outside with a nice cold one.

I have loved living at the Arbaugh!!! The management company exceeds all expectations and are great to work with. Whenever you need maintenance they are quick to respond and solve the issue. The location is close to so many amenities, I love being in the center of downtown and close to everything. If you are considering moving here— sign your lease already!!
