He did everything he could to make sure to take his time and insure EVERYTHING was fixed properly and perfect . They treat their residents great.

Living at The Ruby has been a great experience thanks to Megan and her amazing team. Once you get to this quality of apartments, it’s really the management team that makes the difference. The team at The Ruby has created a warm and welcoming environment that stands out from many places we've called home. Their genuine care and dedication make all the difference, making us feel valued and well-looked after. Shoutout to Todd the maintenance manager as well, he is awesome, super helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It really is the little things they do that make a big impact and the whole team at The Ruby are the best we’ve ever encountered by far. Our apartment itself is also not just a place to stay; it’s been a great fit for our lifestyle. The thoughtful design and quality finishes are spot on (and a welcome change from our last apartment!). Our puppy, Franklin, absolutely loves hanging out on the balcony and playing at the dog park. The amenities are a great bonus as well, especially the golf simulator that's a hit with our guests. We're really looking forward to making the most of the pool and outdoor grilling area this summer as well. Altogether we couldn’t recommend The Ruby more. We love it here!
