I feel thankful for the safe, clean, and comfortable community this complex has provided me for the past 12 months! The community spaces, such as entrances, halls, fitness room, etc., are cleaned twice a week along with power washing the outside building and underground garage once a year. This is just a few of many reasons the building stays so well maintained. The property manager, Kirsten, is kind, accountable, and passionate about creating the environment referenced above. If you are considering moving here, I would highly recommend it!

Great property, my girlfriend and I have been living here for a month and we have no complaints. The building is only 30 units and it’s nice that it’s always clean and neighbors are quiet, we’ve never heard any noise through the walls while in our unit. Maintenance responded to the few requests we had within the week and were in and out very quickly. The underground park included in rent and the laundry in unit are great, as well as a small gym downstairs that is good enough for me to not go out and buy a gym membership. Also our proximity to downtown is perfect, you can hear a little music from Friday night live downtown but only enough to make you want to walk down there. The farmers market every Saturday morning is only a block away and we look forward to going to it soon. The only bad thing I could say is the construction on the road in front of the building which should be done before snowfall in a couple months but other than that it’s a very clean and quiet property with great amenities and tons of visitor parking.
