I have lived here 14 months and renewed my lease right before the management change. I have no idea where the complaints are coming from about the new management. Nothing has changed other than the updating of the decor and aesthetic of the common areas is such a relief and change for the better!!!!! I make my living as an interior designer and I’m so happy to see all the random clutter being removed and replaced by simple yet stylish upgrades. If that weird stitched owl artwork is removed from the main area, I will cry tears of joy. Plus it no longer has that weird smell every Mark Taylor building has. The new staff is very friendly and so helpful. Traci went out of her way to assist me. It’s a wonderful place to live, very quiet, and peaceful. Has none of the chaos that many apartment buildings in Scottsdale have. There is definitely a more mature, relaxed and private feeling apartment building than any I’ve been to in this town. Plus the location could not be more convenient.
