I love Shadow Ridge! It's a hidden gem here in Scottsdale. There is a sense of community here that is missing from the other complexes I toured before moving here a year ago. The grounds are lush, green and beautiful. Very well kept! There are several BBQ areas with multiple tables that give a sense of comraderie here. Our property manager, Alize, is always friendly and kind. She runs this property very well. She takes the time to get to know and speak with her residents which is something that's been long forgotten by other managers it seems. Julianne in the office is also very helpful and kind. They are both patient with questions and truly shows they want the best for the residents here. As a community, we couldn't ask for a better team managing our complex. Thank you! I can't imagine living anywhere else, nor do I want to. This is definitely home.

Charles Resident/shadow Ridge Apartments. I would like to thank Alize and Maria they had been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Alize is very understanding and compassionate. We love the apartment complex, well maintain with nice pools and gym.
