Senara is great place to live, if your looking for a nice clean affordable apartments. Being a pet friendly community they do a excellent job keeping landscape and grounds in great shape. Maintenance treats work orders with urgency. The staff does an amazing job of keeping all tenants aware of any upcoming events and being available for us with any issues.

I came to senara to tour the property since I was recently moving to the area for work and my brother lives in the apartments. I already had a virtual tour with the manager Ciara via FaceTime days before but once I arrived to Phoenix I wanted to see the property in person. The day I came in, the property manager Ciara was being yelled at by this short young guy who seemed upset he got a notice. From my take on it the manager explained it was a community update and expressed to him everyone in the community got the same notice but he didn’t care nor believe her and continue to act ignorant saying you only sent it to me and I’m going to knock on everyone’s door and ask them if they got it. I felt so bad for her because he was being so cruel and obnoxious and despite his behavior she still remain nice and respectful and calm. A real voice of reason from my perspective. After he left I slowly approached her and witness her take a deep breath and gather herself quickly. She smiled and greeted me as if nothing happened. She conducted my entire tour very happy and joked around and didn’t mention anything about the guy. My tour went very well and she answered all my questions before I even asked them. At the end of my tour I told her you can’t please everyone and there’s always going to be people who are mentally unstable and displeased with their own life so they take it out on whoever is in the sight at that time. I told her sometimes you have to keep things in order which makes you the bad guy but also keeps everyone safe . She stated I know and it’s ok because there’s ups and downs with every career. She seems amazingly nice and genuinely caring despite the negative comments some of the other people have posted about her. I wasn’t going to do a review but she went above and beyond to help my brother from start to finish and move in and continues to check in with him. He speaks very little English so the fact that she stopped what she was doing every time to help him while using google translate shows how humble and nice she is. What really made me want to do a review was I first hand witness her being verbally attacked for DOING HER JOB!! She made a joke about being a glorified babysitter and I understood what she was saying it was really funny to see her in good spirits and could laugh the hardships off when they are presented to her. she was even excited when she found out I was the sister of her recent move in. She looks so young but that alone shows you she put extreme dedication in for her career. Let’s just say the bad reviews don’t do justice compared to the good ones or her bright personality, misery loves company and she displays it not bothering her with grace. A lot of the bad reviews usually come from miserable people. My experience hands down was amazing with this lady and my brother who has been living there a little over 2 months now is happy and grateful for her. She looked up different routes from the apartments to my job and showed me her favorite spots in the area. I’m glad she didn’t allow that idiot and all the others to break her joy. Ciara Powell you were great my family and I appreciate you.
