I can't say enough wonderful things about The Villas at Nexton! Months before moving in, the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and at home. Kara Kelly, in particular, is an absolute gem. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every resident feels comfortable and cared for. We had a complex timeline and everyone we worked with were so understanding! The entire team here is accommodating and genuinely invested in ensuring you have the best experience possible. The atmosphere they’ve created is warm, inviting, and truly feels like home. If you're looking for a place where you feel valued and supported from day one, The Villas at Nexton is it. Highly recommend! Our villa is wonderful and we are truly enjoying living here! Dog-friendly community too! :)

Kara Kelly is so amazing. She goes above and beyond to make the residence feel welcome. The move was easy. Everyone is so nice and inviting. The community is so quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff are on it FAST if you have any problems and so friendly. Not to mention the coffee machine is the lobby is worth visiting everyday.
