I just renewed my lease because this is great place to live. I use the community area to work on a daily basis, the pool table, pool, gym and more. I've lived at MSL for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The management team is AMAZING - truly can't say enough great things about them. The maintenance team is just as great. MSL feels more like a home and community than a random apartment building - great place to live :)

I've wanted to live here for a few years, and I'm glad to be a tenant! The location is great... the staff is kind... the coffee is amazing. MSL & ECL have all the amenities you need. I like the option to have my bike stored in a secure, climate-controlled room that frees up space in my apartment.

I am very happy that I chose to live at Meeting Street Apartments. It really changed my perspective of what apartment living should be about. It doesn’t feeling like the traditional apartment “complex”, but more of a community or like a little neighborhood within the city. They host monthly gatherings such as an oyster roast or chili night, to help bring people together and create a sense of belonging. The leasing crew has been extremely helpful in making the transition as seamless as possible. They all work together as a team and put your questions and concerns at the forefront to make sure that you are taken care of. Also, love the location with easy access to downtown as well as the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The leasing staff are very courteous and the maintenance staff stay on top of things consistently. The interior and amenities are top notch, and spaces are well maintained year-round.

Living here has been great, and a big part of that is the incredible management team. The property managers are always helpful, professional, and somehow manage to make even the most routine interactions a delight.
