I can't speak highly enough about the Beckett and it's amazing staff. I recently relocated from out of state, and Rachel and Anna made the entire process effortless, from my first inquiry to the day I picked up my keys! When my ice maker stopped working, Corbin, the fantastic on-site maintenance tech, was quick to fix it with a smile. The property and apartments are gorgeous, and there are plenty of fun events for residents. I am beyond happy with my decision to move here!
I have lived at the Beckett now for 7months. I love it here the staff is very welcoming and responsive to all your requests. Rachel and Anna are always warm and inviting. They host a lot of great events. I enjoy the apartment layout especially the kitchen area is a great size. The complex is very well lit and clean and an overall great place to live.

I have lived here for a few months now, and could not be happier with the property and team! The Beckett offers wonderful community amenities from the peaceful outdoor pool scene to a great lounging experience in the clubhouse. Anna and Rachel are very attentive to any and all questions or concerns that may arise. You won’t find a better example of professionalism and punctuality than the maintenance team with both preventative appointments and requested services! I thoroughly enjoy living in such a friendly and well organized community.

Love this community! A quiet apartment complex with great floor plans and amenities. Rachel and Anna worked very hard finding me a perfect apartment and really make it feel like you’re family with how much they care. Neftali and Corbin are always around making sure that the place is in top notch shape and are so attentive and quick in answering questions and maintenance request. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

We’ve been living here for 4.5 months now and couldn’t be happier. The community’s upkeep is consistently impressive and visually appealing.
Rachel and her team are exceptional and truly passionate about their work. From our first viewing to the move-in process, they were always helpful, informative, and dedicated to making our transition smooth and stress-free.
Corbin and the maintenance team are equally outstanding. They are thorough, prompt, and deliver high-quality work. We especially appreciate the courtesy of providing advance notice and their willingness to accommodate our schedule.
Overall I would recommend The Beckett.

From the moment I toured this complex I have been thoroughly impressed! Anna and Rachel have been very attentive to any questions I’ve had throughout the application process, move in and everything since. Maintenance is very considerate and professional. The surrounding businesses make the community ideal for grocery shopping, a nice evening dinner or morning breakfast all just across the street! The complex is well maintained and very welcoming. I am greatly looking forward to many more days at The Beckett!

Awesome Apartment and Amazing Staff
My sister and I have been living at The Beckett for over a year now, and we just renewed our lease for another 15 months because we love it here so much.
It's really spacious and gets tons of natural light which we love since we are often home. The whole community is clean and well-maintained too.
All of the staff is welcoming and always ready to help out. Neftali is the best. He's always so considerate and quick in responding, whether it's changing our air filters or handling any maintenance needs. He's just a really kind and friendly guy.
Corbin always says hi when we see him, and his brother Braden even helped us jump our car! Anna and Rachel in the office are always welcoming and happy to answer any questions we have. They host events in the community center regularly that help us meet our neighbors.
We honestly have no complaints and really enjoy living here, it’s definitely the best complex in Bees Ferry.
I have lived here for a little over a year and a half and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff strive to make the community fantastic and are always so quick to accommodate their residents. One of my favorite new additions is the dog run. My pup and I go 1-2x a day! There are also always community events going on and the amenities are always kept up and clean!
I have absolutely no complaints and feel lucky to live at such a great complex.
