In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, lots of countertop space for cooking and two bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Just off this main living space and down the hall you have a FULL bathroom for your convenience and a perfectly tucked away brand new washer and dryer under the stairs. There is also a nook furnished with a desk for your working needs. The second floor features three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and porch access. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, Roku TV, ample closet space and a dresser for additional storage. The master bathroom has a powder room for getting ready and a large clawfoot tub. The master also boasts its own private porch overlooking Rutledge Ave and has a table and chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The additional two bedrooms have brand new tiled, glass door showers and have their own door that leads to a shared side porch. This home has four total porches! The front courtyard is gated and the driveway is gated as well for your privacy. This home has its own private driveway that will fit one car. Street parking is permitted with a permit from the City of Charleston and is a breeze in this area. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $525 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include the Coquin Petite Cafe, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes.
