The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for two, and a quaint dining table for meals or morning coffee. The second floor features two stylish guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, TVs, and closets. You’ll also find a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this level. Whether you're here for work or leisure, Carrere House provides a stylish, central, and comfortable base for your stay in Charleston. - Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
