The cozy living room features a plush sectional sofa and smart TV, ideal for movie nights or a quiet evening in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for two, and a quaint dining table for meals or morning coffee. A half bath adds extra convenience, and a small balcony offers fresh air and a view of the quiet court below. The second floor features two stylish guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, TVs, and closets. One bedroom also includes a desk and access to a private balcony—perfect for remote work or a morning read. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a modern vanity. You’ll also find a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this level.
