Step inside and head up one flight of stairs to the main living level, where natural light floods the open-concept layout. The cozy living room features a plush sectional sofa and smart TV, ideal for movie nights or a quiet evening in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home and features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for two, and a quaint dining table for meals or morning coffee. A half bath adds extra convenience, and a small balcony offers fresh air and a view of the quiet court below. The second floor features two stylish guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, TVs, and closets. One bedroom also includes a desk and access to a private balcony—perfect for remote work or a morning read. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a modern vanity. You’ll also find a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer on this level. At the very top is the serene master suite, a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, smart TV, and direct access to another balcony. Whether you're here for work or leisure, Carrere House provides a stylish, central, and comfortable base for your stay in Charleston. - Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
