We have been living here for 2 years and feel pity to leave as we move interstate. I totally love management. Didn’t see anything but very caring and extremely professional approach. You can see they do their job 100% the way it should be done. I did have different issues during these two years and all of them were addressed as soon as it was possible and 100% resolved. I would assume that people who left bad reviews on management style of work may have issues with other people more often than the average. The complex itself is very clean, very well maintained. We had multiple maintenance problems and all of them were addressed promptly. Never waited longer than a couple of hours. Several times it took only 5-10 minutes from the time we sent a maintenance request for maintenance guys to come and fix it! Noticed the reviews of the gates being always broken - not true. There were times but it was short periods and unfortunately you have to take into consideration the situation we live in nowadays when there are shortages with supply. Overall, you have a feeling you live in pine forest. It’s very green, birds are singing all day. Happy we chose Legends to be our home for these two years and definitely will be missing it.
