We LOVE living here!! It’s so conveniently close to everywhere we need to be, yet secluded enough to have our own slice of privacy. Samantha, the office manager, is amazing! She’s so helpful, responsive, and so kind and understanding. The amenities are great and always in top shape. We’re so fortunate to call Bay Pointe our home!

We absolutely LOVED living here! Samantha is truly and angel, she was soo helpful, great with communication, and just an incredible manager. Melvin was amazing, he would come work on a work order the next day! I don’t think we will ever find an apartment complex this amazing again, but I’m so glad we had the opportunity to live there, thank you Bay Point at Summerville!❤️
